It was through healing the relationship with herself, and having the courage to speak up and be seen, that she was able to accept the gift in her pain.
In her book, Surviving Silence: A Healing Path to Living Out Loud After Trauma, Sheree shares her story and takes readers on a journey of self discovery inviting them to rediscover and reclaim the forgotten pieces they’ve stashed away.
