She discusses her father's life and legacy. Sharon is the author of numerous children’s books honoring her father’s accomplishments. She is an educational consultant for Major League Baseball; serves as vice chairman of the Jackie Robinson Foundation; is the founder of Breaking Barriers, a baseball-themed national character education curriculum that helps empower students to overcome obstacles in their lives.
